Privacy Policy

Purlie is made by Peak Apps Studio (Doruk Çetin, individual developer). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Purlie app for iOS and Android and this website.
The short version
We don’t collect any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your projects, counters, notes, pattern files, photos and yarn stash stay on your device.
Your files and photos
When you add a pattern or a photo, the app asks for access to the file or photo you choose and copies it into the app’s own storage on your device. We never receive it. Your phone may include app data in its own device backup, which your device settings control.
Services the app talks to
| Service | When | What is sent |
|---|---|---|
| Apple App Store / Google Play | When you buy, restore or open the app | Handled by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. We don’t receive payment details; the app only asks the store whether you have Pro. |
| Expo (app updates) | When the app starts | A check for bug-fix updates with technical details such as the app version, the platform and a random installation ID, not your data. If an update fails to load, a short technical error report is sent so it can be fixed. |
| YouTube and other websites | Only when you tap a link | They open in the browser; the app sends them nothing. |
Children
Purlie is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, sell or delete. You can erase everything in the app (Settings > Erase all data) or by deleting the app. See Delete your data.
