These terms apply to the Purlie app and website, made by Peak Apps Studio. By using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Your content
You are responsible for the patterns and files you add. Only add patterns you have the right to use. Your files stay on your device and are not shared by Purlie.
Purlie Pro
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered for the yearly plan, no trial starts unless you choose it, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel in time (see below).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
- Bought on the App Store: you are charged to your Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends, in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device, or in your App Store account settings.
- Bought on Google Play: you are charged to your Google Play account. Cancel any time before the trial or the current period ends, in the Play Store app > your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or in Purlie under Settings > Manage subscription.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment; restore it with Settings > Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Calculators give estimates; always check your pattern. The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
